We advise you to group your items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders that have been placed separately.
As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and links to track your shipment.
1. Expected delivery times are indicated on each product page. If there is an error in availability and we are unable to ship the product on time, you will receive an email with the possible date of shipment.
2. No responsibility can be attributed to Ai20 in case of delay in the order processing or in the delivery of what ordered.
3. We may ship some products separately.
4. The services offered by the various couriers may not respect the expected delivery times. please keep in mind that some delivery times may vary from the forecast and orders may take longer to arrive. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, Ai20 after entrusting the package to the courier can only monitor the shipment and can not intervene in case of delays in delivery by the courier. (Ex. holidays, Christmas period, force majeure, etc. ..).
5. Ti avvisiamo che non ci è possibile aggiungere ulteriori istruzioni per la spedizione riguardo l’orario di consegna. Se non siete in sede negli orari stabiliti per le consegne (Dalle 9.00 AM alle 19:00 PM), vi consigliamo di utilizzare nell’ordine un indirizzo di spedizione dove è sempre disponibile qualcuno per recapitare il pacco.
6. We advise you to wait until 19.00 for delivery. Orders will not be sent on public holidays.
7. Upon delivery of the merchandise by the carrier, the Customer shall check:
– That the product delivered corresponds to what was actually purchased;
– That the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or in any way altered, including the sealing materials such as adhesive tape.
– Any damage to the packaging and/or the product must be reported immediately, placing a WRITTEN RESERVE OF CHECK (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, e.g. “punctured packaging”, “crushed packaging”, etc.) on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
8. In case of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer when ordering, the order will be returned to the warehouses of Ai20 LLC, and any transportation costs for a new shipment will be charged to the customer.
